Has anyone installed and/or used the Cobalt short throw shifter for the MCS? The Cobalt is sold at Moss Mini, http://www.mossmini.com/Shop/ViewPro...eIndexID=42345

I am interested in understanding how it compares to the Alta and the B&M short shifters. **** height, installation instructions, quality of parts, etc. I have done a search and found nothing about the Cobalt unit. It looks beefy and well made, but pictures, as I'm sure you're all aware, can be deceiving...

Any information would be most appreciated.

 

Personaly, .... I wouldn't buy anything from Moss.

 

I have the Pilo Short Shifter and love it. It was a VERY GOOD price also!

 

Isn't the Pilo just for the MINI Cooper? I have an "S" model...

 

i have it on my S and it fits perfectly

 

i was wondering why not? they sell the same stuff as all the other sites. ive purchased from them before we ease

 

The shift kits fit both Cooper and S.
