I want an interior change... Help!
I am contemplating changing my anthracite interior for some lapis blue...
Has anyone done this?
Can you do it?
Is it expensive?
Do I order aftermarket or from MINI?
Any issues with airbags?

Which parts? The dash trim? If so, your only option is to have the parts painted - see for example JerseyGirls car

If you're talking about painting the dash, find a local shop near you and they can match your HB color exactly using the paint code under the bonnet. My dash was done by my dealership's body shop and the downtubes I had painted by a member of NEMINI.
Might be a little trickier to color match the Lapis Blue, but I guess it could be done.
