A friend has a Cooper and just added a surfboard rack. Unfortunately, to pu the board on, she has to remove her antenna. Does anyone sell an antenna that would just fold down out of the way?
She asked about using a shark fin, but I believe that only works for the Nav, correct?

If all fails, you can try a DakotaDigital electronic antenna... I had it on my rex, it didn't work as well as regular antennas (like the Alta stubby) but it gets the job done for the post part.

 

Would one of those 2.5" - 3.0" mini antennas work? They're widely sold on Ebay and at other aftermarket stores. All ya do is to unscrew the factory one and screw one of these in instead. Hope that helps.
