Interior/Exterior Rearview mirror swap/upgrade

Rearview mirror swap/upgrade
I currently have the manual dip mirror on my 2017 F60. I saw on ebay an auto dip mirror for my car. Will I be able to just install it and get it working or would it require more?!
Here you go, this is the fully loaded mirrors, the less options the less wires.
