Parcel Tray Install

I just got my parcel tray today from outmotoring. i have been trying to install it and it seems that it fits in perfectly except that the screws dont want to line up, and especially on the right side. Any one else have these problems?
(i even looked up the install on outmotoring and motoringfile.com)

The slide-on clips that the screws go into, you should wiggle them around until they line up with the screws. If they are nowhere near lining up, then you might have one of the hinge pieces at the bottom not clipped on properly.

ditto the thread above and go to this link to view how to do it. I had to use some force to get the right side in. just push and wiggle and ***** alittle bit

yeah that page helped me out too. I figured if everybody else got it in there in 15 min then I sure could too I remember the right side being kind of tight, and I was scared of scratching the downtube or something, but it turned out great The driving light switch even fits pretty good too.
