F56.. Remove Arm Rest Storage Upholstery Lid

Anybody here know how to remove the upholstery lid of the F56 centre console storage armrest? I want to wrap it in Alcantara. Is it affixed using clips or some screws from underneath?

Yes, my first post.

Sorry, just saw this.

Looks like the bottom of the lid is clipped together. Usually in the past the fabric- leatherette is stapled into the bottom. I have not take one apart on the f56 yet.

Hi ECSTuning. I'm asking about the removal of the top part of the lid (the squishy part that you arm rests on) and how it's removed from the upper lid clam. I don't know if it's glued, clipped or screwed on. I'd like to remove it to wrap it in Alcantara so it matches my steering wheel (and other Alcantara parts of the car I wrapped).

Yep, thats what i was showing you, looks like its molded together on that top lid. Maybe some tab under those rubber grommets on the top lid?
