O.K. where'd the Rasmussen cars get those cool yellow headlight covers? LBC1 really needs a set.

[Idiot racer fan] Aren't these used to differentiate between multiple car classes on the track at the same time? I mean, like at LeMans, the GT cars have the yellow lights and the others have the clear, or something like that. Seems like it would be for fog conditions, but the LeMans useage makes me question that. [/Idiot racer fan]

I had thought that these sorts of headlight covers were to keep glass off the racing surface if/when the headlights get broken out in a crash? Am I allowed to say crash?

Anyway, I'd sure like to know what they really are for. We tape headlights on our m'cycles when participating in track days, or in 24 hr events when we gotta see where we are going. Glass on the track is bad

Would have to agree with RUMINI, otherwise they don't suit the MINI in my opinion. Although yellow lights are compulsory in a few countries...
