after some rather painfull miscommunication with Dan at Benfer, I finally recieved the new vent scoops that had been ordered by my wife as a christmas present on Dec. 13,YESTERDAY.I had some complaints, which I took to Mark ferguson instead of going on a rant ,and I'm pleased to say that the system seems to work as I got an immediate response .I am going to post some information which took me too long to get :

Now for the good news: the scoops are absolutely gorgeous! Benfer has upgraded the type of plastic used and I must say I am delighted
Despite all the trials of getting the time element straightened out,I am really pleased with the final outcome,both in customer service and product ,fit and finish. BRAVO DAN! Jock

Glad you like the new vent scoops Jock. Sorry again for all of the miscommunication during the holidays... If it's any consellation, Karma for this must have bit me in the a$$ on Sunday night. Supercharged BMW 540i + 18" of water = Dan trying to push a 4000 lb. car out of a freeway lake.
