An option beyond getting the homelink mirror is velcro'ing the garage door transmitter underneath the switch panel? It's quite hidden from view and works great down there. I've posted several posts about it. (if you dont wanna spend the ca$h for a new mirror?)

Any chance you could post some pics?

I'll have some pictures up in the next day or two. Any particular shots you'd like to see?

Thanks! I'm mostly interested in how the plastic housing meets up with the headliner.

The 05/06 plastic mirror cover is a little larger than the 04 so it covers the existing impression left by the old mirror nicely.

I thought you were going the other way, larger '05+ to smaller. Wanna sell your old mirror?

interior mirror

My problem is, I'm tall and the huge mirror drives me crazy. Along with the fat "A", "B" and "C" posts, I have trouble seeing what's outside the car. I am going to put a glue-on windshield mirror on so I can push the mirror higher. I guess I'll have to cover the original mirror somehow. Allan, , '07 MCS
