Greetings, I'm in the UK, so I'm not sure exactly what differences there might be, but I'm hoping you guys can help.
I have a 2016 F54 Mini Cooper S All4 Clubman, and a friend has an F56 (not sure of year/spec).
We both have power folding mirrors, although I have the "excitement" package, so I get the "bat signal" on the drivers door mirror (projected mini logo).
There's another thread on the subject over at MiniF56
It appears we both have the digital LIN bus 3 pin wiring. Blue plugs (green for the Bat Signal and it's extra 2 pins) as opposed to the black/white/burgundy analogue 5/7+ pin connectors.
We are looking at potentially just replacing the lens in our mirrors - part numbers are
51167366047 superceded by 51167366045
51167366048 superceded by 51167366046
Does anyone here have 3 pin mirrors with electrochrome?
Could you post images of the wiring?
Below are my plugs - green is drivers side with bat signal blue is passenger side.
My friend has blue on both sides.
The last image is of the back of an EC mirror glass showing the additional connector (white socket below centre)
Sorry for the full size images, I'm not sure how to insert thumbnails from mobile.
