but my car is a 2005 and my understanding these won't work because they're don't have a back up light in them and the wiring is different

ah but those are the clear lens ones, looking for the ones with the red bottom, thank you though!

 

Could just put red Lamin-x over them. Cut it in half - take away top part of red film and only put the red on bottom part of tail light.
