I have no idea how many tattoos i have currently, one day they will all jsut be one. But I am very tempted to try and incorporate a MINI into my work. All of my tattoo's are celtic and well the logo on it's own jsut does not quite fit.
As for those who where looking for an artist... make sure they are clean look at not only pictures of there work but make sure that they have some pictures of HEALED work stuff a few years down the line and how well it holds up!!

Where did you find the checked stripes. I'm looking to get them on my LY/B S. I thought about the B/W checked thing too. When the family was discussing what color to get it came down to "yellow cab" or ska mobile.

And no......no that is not my chest.

 

 

I found two types of checkered bonnet bits.... one from http://www.minimania.com a traditional set of side bonnet stripes and the other set (the one i am ging with) from http://www.cooperflags.com they have a TON of designs and are very friendly in fact you shall see MY NEW MINI on their site soon sporten the bonnet/boot set that is in the mail on it s way here!!! I cant wait to pick up my baby on thr or fri still waiten on the dealer to do its bit of work to her

 

We will have the yellow check roof pattern available soon for sunroof and flat roofed MINI's. We have the basic Black/White check patterns today, but will offer many other checkered color patterns. DS/D, DS/W, CR/W, CR/B, LY/W, LY/B -I think you get the idea.

I've got 2 MINI tattoos that were part of a promo package sent when I ordered my MCS. Of the non-permanant nature though. Even though I say I'll never give up my MINI, I'd never get a tattoo of the logo on me. I've said that about 2 cars now, and I sold them both. Kinda like girlfriends. Good thing I never went through with 'inkin' their name into me.
As for decals on my MCS, I've got the words "The Little Engine that CAN" on the lower rear windshield. Thinking of where I could put the words "I speed up for corners".

I would be a big fan of a MINI temporary tatoo, as I am scared of needles and thankful that I never got that Vanilla Ice tatoo that I wanted so badly at one time!

L.Mini, you gotta show me the tats sometime. . .

Go to your local asian food mart, buy some henna, and go for it!

A self crafted HENNA TATTOO will last a week or two and they are fun to apply.

I want to give Hermione a tatoo of the "Super S" logo in my sig. I don't know where yet, but I'm going to keep it small. I might also give her a small Union Jack somwhere. It looks so cool on IB/W MINIs.

I live in Bellevue, Wa. and have seen some interesting ways of making the cooper a billboard. Microsoft used one to promote its X-Box with a Project Gotham Racing theme. It is sitting at NorthwestMini last I checked. I imagine that Mini's will get the same treatment that VW Beetles and Hummers do as promotional cars for local radio stations and the likes...

 

I did a custom design (by me) side stripe. It can viewed on page 6 of members MINI's under Mike Brinson's Cooper S. Check it out. I've received some positive feedback. No tatoo's though. Tally ho, Mike Brinson

 

HAs anyone put a tatoo on their MINI?
I would love to see someone paint more than just the aches.
What about some flames, or some wild paint scheme down the side?
I was debating on going with phantom flames on the hood.
Now I am thinking of going withthe phantom flames on the roof.
HAs anyone really used stickers yet.....more than just a logo?

 

I dont really like them at all. I plan to peel em off as soon as its warm enough.

I believe that Xbox Mini was one of the 2002 Gumball Mini's.
