Jcw splitter, mcs bumper

Does this just clip on the the regular mcs bumper? No drilling, no other mods? I wish the splitter wasn't $400.... Seems a bit pricey for two pieces of plastic.

I.M trying to get someone who bought one to send me a paper pattern of it so I can cut it out on the CNC machine from Lexan and then just cover it in vinyl of your choice.
