Replace rail in 2012 Countryman S

I think I just posted in the wrong forum, so I'll ask here.

Can the rail in a 2012 Countryman S be pulled and a bench seat be put in the rear. I sometimes have to squeeze a couple of guys next to a baby seat back there.

About to buy.

short answer is NO

long answer is it would be VERY expensive, it eould be cheaper to trade for a CM with the bench seat
