Interior/Exterior Non MINI Aero Kit Parts

I have seen some pics of aftermarket aerokit parts, but so far, the only Aero kit parts I have seen installed on MINIs owened by anyone in the general public have all come from MINI (including hatch spoilers).
Am I missing something or has someone actually found aero kit parts that are actually available for sale in the U.S.?
