Removing Door Panel- Need Help!
Has anyone figured out how to take the door panel off? My lovely mother scuffed the Piano Black Trim on it with the chains on her purse and now I've ordered the replacement piece but don't just want to yank at the door panel until it comes off, any one know the correct way?

These past couple weeks have been super hectic, but I'm going to tackle this, along with changing the oil filter housing gasket on my Clubbie this week end, I hope all goes well and I don't end up breaking or messing anything on my MINI as I did a couple weeks ago and ended having to buy a whole new door panel for my Clubbie as a result, but I'll make sure to post a how-to with pics if all goes well. Wish me luck, I need it!

Easy. 4 screws. 2 visible under the door. 1 under the door handle. 1 under the window control. These both get popped out using a credit card....
Get a small pry bar under the bottom edge of the door and it will pop off from the bottom. Metal clips at the window will release when pulled.
His back the same way. I didn't break any clips.
Good luck.
