My beloved 2008 Cooper S was totaled when I was rear-ended last week. I'd like to replace it as close to existing as possible, but as customizable as MINIs are, that is proving difficult. I've found a 2007 with that has basically everything I want (including heated leather sport seats) except for my interior color...Redwood lounge leather and panels. Would it be possible to swap these components? In addition to fit, are the sensors (airbag, heat, etc) compatible?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
