Does anyone know if it's possible/feasible to replace the R53 factory navigation screen in the dash with the stock center speedometer, and what the level of effort for this would be? I realize this may seem like an odd request or downgrade, but honestly the iconic speedo is a big part of the MINI experience for me.

If not, would it be any easier to swap the nav for the chrono gauges? I'm not sure the differences in how these are wired up, but would much prefer any analog center gauge options over the nav .
