Removing air inlet trim?

Anyone know how to remove the front bumper air inlet trim? My Countryman JCW All4 didn't have them painted so I am going to have them done now.

Also looking to paint part of the rear bumper cover. Any guidance on how to remove that too would be very helpful.

Thanks a ton!

Here's a thread on the brake ducts. Never seen anything about that bumper piece.

edit: it's probably cheaper to buy the red brake ducts vs having them painted.

No way, I just got mine painted for $40 lumped into painting my headlight rings.
