Yakima Q Clips

What are the correct part # Q Clips for the Yakima rack on an R53? I've seen post on here that seem to use Q78 front and rear while the Yakima site lists Q83 front and Q116 rear. Which one is correct? I'm getting a hand-me-down rack and just need new clips for the MINI.
