BMW steering wheel on MCS?

Hi, Can you install a bmw steering wheel onto a mini cooper?

If you have the controls on the steering then you may have to do your own wiring as the controls are different. Not sure about fitting and size since it took a quick look at my BMW steering and the Cooper S steering and they are night and day.
