Storm Motorwerks Mini Gear ***** and Handbrake Levers

Thought you guys might like to know about these British replacement items for the mini.

My September 2006 gearknob failed with the top gear indicator part coming away and now the whole **** has left the shaft.

Been looking at JCW and other options and came across Storm Motorwerks which look a good alternative to me with the Titanium finish looking quite tasty.

I have started up a group buy on these on minitorque and totalmini here in the UK. Details are on there as I am not sure if I am allowed to post group buy on here as not a vendor or anything.

Just a heads up in case any of you are interested. Minimum order of 5 pieces for the group buy (10 pieces gives better discount) and my requirements for both the gearknob and lever make 2 pieces confirmed so far.

Here is the link to their website: http://www.storm-motorwerks.com/

And if you search either of the UK forums I mentioned then you can find group buy details there. I am sure shipping overseas isn't a problem for Storm but if it is I am happy to get them and post them myself.

Had my hopes up there for a moment... Wish someone offered a reasonably priced shift **** for the MINI. Decent looking ****, but £65 seems outrageous, up there with the "Whalen Shift Machine" *****.

Or am I just spoiled by being able to get nice stainless ***** for other cars for around $40-50 (~£32)?

Wish MINI would've gone with a threaded **** in a common thread pattern.
