Yeah, not sure what's taking so long for the approval. In the meantime, here's a pdf of it.

Genius, thanks a lot, hopefully I'll order the spyder kit soon, Amazon had them for less than $300 a couple of weeks ago, now they are like $500 plus :-(. Thanks again for the PDF great write up

Not as much as you'd think. I was able to sell my halogens for about $80 on eBay which helped offset the cost.

Spyder Headlights (used): $150
HID bulbs/ballasts: $68
HID Projector, LED Halo/wiring, etc. from TRS (got a Black Friday deal): $167.20

Not sure what other extra connectors, wiring, zip ties, etc. added up to, but nothing too crazy $$-wise. I'd say the whole thing probably added up to $400 tops. Considering one used OEM xenon headlight runs that and I like the looks of these better, it's pretty decent upgrade for the $$.

Check eBay too - I think I saw them there for around $200 not too long ago. Don't just search for "spyder" - the exact same headlights sometimes don't carry the Spyder name:

Do the have a kit to convert the existing OEM Halogens into projectors or is it a major PITA ? Or Is it better to just buy the Spyder or equivalent ? Regardless I like the look of the blacked out Spyder and it would look great on my Jet Black 05. Thanks

They do have kits to install into your existing halogens. It could be a cheaper way to get projectors. Check out this video:

If the clear plastic cover has yellowed, you would want polish and clearcoat it for longevity too.

OP,
I'm curious as to your lights (parking) on the bumper below the headlights. Are these retrofitted with fogs?
They look great!

I think at least part of it is halo rings.

Not the hid kit, I meant the headlight assemblies that were pictured in your post, the '06 style projectors. Did you order those or already have them on your car? I have the pre facelift reflector xenons and like the looks of projectors better

Thanks,
Chris
