I am considering changing my white silver hood scoop for a chrome one. I really think it would look good on my car but am really contemplating on it. If anyone can give me some advice if it would look good on my white silver MCS. I was thinking go with chrome hood scoop or stripes. HELP ME!

I have seen a lot of posts here about the chrome hood scoop melting, more than the other kinds. Maybe its because the metallic film conducts heat better than paint. If you do decide on the chrome hood scoop, be sure you have extra heat shielding.
