I'm looking for a more aggressive look. I don't want to buy an exhaust right now. I already chopped the res and cat off so I'm happy with the sound... Now for the looks. Which leads me to my question. Will the 1st gen sport exhaust tips fit on a 2011 mcs?

 

you talking about the JCW exhaust tips ?? I dont think they can be put on 2011 MCS i asked the same question and was told no. Hope this helps

 

That is a good question, I personally can't think of a fitment issue seeing as the diameter is the same, however it all depends on whether the 3mm allen key bolt is in the same location :/ What kind of tips do you have now? I thought the r56 minis came with the equivalent of the sport tips

Sorry I can't attach a picture I'm at work and on my phone. The one I currently have is the r56 chrome tips which look the bottom of the soda can. I just want a more aggressive look. The tips sticking out wouldn't matter because I can just take some length off of the pipes so it fits better. I just want to see if anyone has tried putting these gen 1 sport tips on an r56.
