Driver Side Seat Release Handle Removal

Can anyone help me by telling me how to remove the handle on the driver's side seat in this picture? It seems as if it is being held on by clips and I do not see any screws.

This diagram from realoem.com might help. Looks like you might have gotten a little enthusiastic about adjusting your seat! Handle broke off?

I am trying the remove 6 and 7 in the following picture. The handle is not broken. I need to remove it to replace the back plastic cover of my seat because the clips are broken on it and it keeps falling off.

Anyone have any tips? I have the replacement back to my seat already but I don't want to break this handle trying to get it off.

From that diagram, it looks like part 5 has clips that hold it in, thus obscuring part 6 for the removal of the handle.

I would examine that cover for a possible slot around the edge where you can sneak a screwdriver blade in and pop it off. That's just my guess from looking at the picture--no experience doing this myself.

You were correct! After retrying to remove the badge on the door side handle, it came off and gave access to the torx screw. Then each side of the seat back was held on by 4-5 clips around the handle openings.
