Headlight lense

I have an 05 MCS with factory Xenon HID lighting, and was backed into smashing the drivers lense. Aside from shelling out $7 bills for a new assy what other options do I have. I was thinking of getting a pair of standard housings and transferring the lenses since mine have approx 110k miles and are sand pitted anyway. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Standard housings wont have the notch for the washer jets.

Your best bet will be to look on eBay, as they pop up often and regularly in the $350 range (sometimes lower). Sadly, that will be your only option.

03 and 05 have completely different headlights. Having an 03 (pre-facelift) on an 05 (facelift) HID would look very out of place.

Though the lens may work universally....BUT i dont suggest trying to take the lens out of a pre-facelift headlight. The lens often ends up distorted and stress cracked.
