Hi all. Today was a fairly nice day at the Jersey shore, 50 degrees! (Going back down to the single digits on Sunday and Monday night...Blah!!!) So I gave MINI Boognish a bath and a fresh coat of Zano Z2 & Z6. Now he's happy again, all shiny and Jet Black again after being a dirty shade of road salt

I also decided to put on the chrome washer jet covers I bought from RSpeed. They're imported from Germany. I think they're the same as the ones CDT sells, but I felt better ordering them from a company located in the States.

Wow, such a small addition, but what a nice touch. Such a striking difference with the shiny chrome washer jets glistening against the Jet Black bonnet. Looks totally cool. I also have the chrome bumper inserts and chrome mirror caps... so these chrome washer jets feel and look right at home.

Don't have a digital camera so I can't take pix, but they look amazing. Installation was a snap: just peel off the 3M double sided tape and press them over the original washer nozzles. Easy. I also bought the 50 PIV Diodes from Radio Shack ($1.29 for two) and did the extra brake lot modification...wow that was a snap, too. And the added brake light does make a BIG difference in visibility of your car to the people behind you. Especially at night...with a Jet Black Cooper.

Rock On,

-Mighty Boognish

Hi DaC,

That's a beautiful Silk Green Cooper you got there...a rarity! The chrome washer caps look right at home with Silk Green...nice accent. And that puppy looks very comfortable too, looks like s/he's smiling! Is it a Beagle? Very cute.

Rock On,

She is a Beagle (Dog not Car).

Thanks for the nice words. It is not the best pic of the washer covers - you only get to see one. I like them a bunch. Now when I wax the car I do not have to worry about them . Now if I could just do something about the Rain Gutter and felt around the sun roof.

I have purchased several items from R-Speed. They have been very good to work with. Enjoy your car.
John
