Hey guys by any chance anybody knows how I can take off those pieces in my dash so I can repaint them??

The rings should just pop off. Not sure about the speedo ring - the one on my nav just pops off. You can try removing the center dash portion (check for screw on lower right) - once the screw is removed, it just pulls off. That will give you a better view to how the speedo ring connects.

all of them pop off. But the speedo ring can be pretty tough to get off. I usually have to pry that one. But the other two pull off pretty easy and have some pegs to line them up to put them back in.
