Interior/Exterior Vortex Hood Scoop...paint & primer
Vortex Hood Scoop...paint & primer
Hey guys...
Just picked up a fiberglass vortex hood scoop (black gel coat finish) and I'm wondering what type of paint and primer I should use. I'm just trying to match the black from the m7 grilles I just installed on the bonnet and bumper. Maybe it's already posted somewhere in the forums. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Check out paintworldinc.com. I've purchased spray cans from them before and painted sideskirts and front lip with them with a great success. Check out their how to guide as well. Even though it's directed for "repairs" it's something useful for general painting as well. If you follow their instructions well, you should do just fine.
