I'm getting white sport stripes on my Cosmic Blue/white roof CM, but it's not in production yet, much less delivered, so there'll be quite a wait before I can post pics of it.

I ordered four stripe viper stripes from bumper to bumper, flat black, and white to alternate from England. Not sure how long it will take to come.

Avoided the sport stripe cause that's what I had on my R56, also I don't like how they don't go all the way to the grill. Not sure why they did that, although it may not look right if it did, but it looks out of place to me not finishing at the grill.

Still debating getting the side stripes but, I am very happy with it's current appearance. The stripes still show up great on the kind've dark paint. VERY happy with this vehicle.

Damn, now after seeing all these, I'm torn between white viper stripes or the thick/thin factory bonnet/boot setup. I don't like the pitchfork of the factory racing stripe, so it's turning into a quandary.

Do you mind telling me what the striping set you back? That's really the configuration I'd like, but I'm not sure I've got clearance to go much past the cost of the standard setup.

While we're on the subject of stripes . . .

Occasionally, I get lazy and run my vehicles through the touchless, high pressure wash. Are these stripes (OEM, in particular) safe? Or will they peel off?

Thanks!

I've had my OEM stripes for about 4 years now with no issues. They've been through the sea air in Los Angeles, the snow in Ohio, the desert of Albuquerque and through countless car washes with no problems. I assume (hope) the Countryman stripes are as durable

Installed my stripes today (well just the bonnet, still have bumpers, boot, and roof to go), a bit harder than I thought took about 2 hrs, wasn't perfect but pretty good, much better than paying the $400 they wanted for the install.

Ok finished the front bumper, came out pretty decent.

Unfortunately, next I tried the boot and totally messed up, will have to order new stripes for there.

JudgeS - Love the stripes! This is the same stripe pattern we want on our white CMS4. On the stripes that you ordered did they come with a pre-cut section for the MINI emblem? If not, how did you apply them around the emblem?

Do you have a link for the vendor?

Went with the JCW Sport Stripes. Plan on painting the brakes red also.

More artistic shots of the striped out Big 37.

Some of you may have seen these, but I thought I'd post these interesting shots I took of our car to this thread as well.

I really like the light side signals. I should do something like that. I'm not super happy with the grey ones.

They are just the factory orange side signals.
