Yes, just installed it today. The pre-drilled holes were incorrect from the factory. I had to re-drill new holes into the base. What I did wasn't scientific, but worked. I took two pieces of "fun-tak" for hanging posters on the walls. Put them on top of the rear-spacers, then I screwed the front down (loosely, not tight) to align it properly. When I pressed the plate onto it- voila! It showed up in the exact pattern on the bottom of the arm-rest bracket. Then took the exact center of the blobs, used an awl and it the holes were very closely aligned. I had to elongate one hole just slightly, but otherwise the fit was tight.
The actual holes in the car are about 1" forward of where the pre-drilled holes are
