Interior/Exterior Chrome side marker grille

Cheers from the San Francisco Bay Area!
I noticed on page (50 or so) in the gallery of member pic's someone had posted pics of 2 different kinds of chrome (plated) "GRILLES" which house the side turn indicators. These were different from the standard issue included on the "S" model.
Can anyone advise on where to obtain these cosmetic items? Is it perhaps a dealer item?
