PS, That's a very cool grill from M7. Give Peter a call if you want one.

Where did you get your PIAA rally lights from?
Are they the same ones Webb Motorsports sells?
Car looks good!

Thanks Calvin. I got them from another source but they're all the same PIAA 540s I think. I opted for the extreme white driving beams.

I like the mirror caps, calipers and harnesses but the stickers and the red MCS on the front are tacky IMHO. Ah well, to each their own, enjoy it

Really looks sharp....the grill loks nice also. Did you paint it black or did it come that way?? and the MCS is painted onto the radiator?? Really like the look. Good Job all around.

Hee Heee...You've changed your mind Thanks much.

The lower grills are from M7 and came in black but they offer them in silver too. I stenciled the MCS onto the condensor. They are not really that apparent. Very subtile until you look. Had to face the Mini into the sun to see it.

Unless Webb is paying you or at least paid for or performed all those changes, I'd lose the stickers. I'll assume your car was or is being paid for by you. Let someone else be the advert *****. Mirrors are a nice and different touch.

Personaly i do not like the lower grille. I shows off to much of the AC condenser. it makes that part of the car look as if it was an afterthought and that looks cheesy in my opinion.

Now if there was an intercooler behind there that might be a different story.

Just my 2 cents

Actually, I made the decals at my own expense and am not receiving any special treatment from Webb Motorsports (still waiting ). He did a great job for a lot of us at the pully party and sure we paid our fare share for the parts and services. But this isn't false or gratuatous advertisement. It's pride of ownership through a special and memorable experience we all shared at the party. Kinda like being born again...ever taken a ride with him? . Just kiddn

As for the MCS stencil on my condensor, it is a Mini Cooper S after all

If you made the stickers yourself, keep in mind that "webbmotorsports.com" is probably a registered trademark. With regard to free advertising, a sentence by banker David Hannum comes to mind, but to each his/her own. Still, the rest of the red does look good, and the "MCS" on the condensor is pretty harmless.

All kidding aside, I agree with most of the comments that the red mirror caps does need to be balanced off with other accents. How much is still debatable. I'm still debating whether I want to be so LOUD please send advertising check to my account

You guys must spend all your lives on this forum to get past 4th gear

Are the calipers painted? Or is it a kit? Gotta change the sig now as well...

Maybe red center caps on the wheels? I actually don't have a problem with the red mirror caps on their own. You could always throw a set of red Sparcos in there. Now that would be a nice touch.

Maybe add some thin red piping to the outside of your bonnet stripes to tie into the red mirror caps?

Now I sound like that Christopher Lowell guy my wife watches on TV!

you know sid, we can make all the chrome black if you really want too. let me know if the wife says yes...lol. but i like the looks. i was also thinking a small red pin stripe on each side of the bonnet stripes would look nice, but i know that it would mess with the shield, so it's a toss up. but a lower rocker pannel graphic might be in order.

Really nice lookin' Mini. When you show the whole thing like that, the red looks cool, and different. Good job!

I know it's hard to see but the center caps are red and the red Schroth harnesses are slightly visible in the top image.

Chad, I've thought about the stripe but don't want to add more to it. Anyway, I'd have to rip up the Invinca shield.

I really don't want to get too deep into the "Red" and adding more is only going to make it garrish. I'm thinking of going back to black mirror and leave it at that.

Naaahhh....I'm not quitting that easily

Here's the sideview you've requested. My camera sucks It doesn't capture anywhere near the brilliance of the colors. The reds just screams. Anymore and it'd be an ambulance

Yah, i like it much better!

If i can get real picky, if you can paint that PIAA logo on your
driving lights red, i think that will be the ultimate icing on the cake
from the front.

i still think you could use a tiny more red on the windshield...perhaps
a small silver decal on the red mirror cap itself might do the trick.
