Head Unit Install

Hi there,

I'm having some problems/ need help installing my headunit.

2006 MCS with stock headunit and steering wheel controls and ipod

Alpine CDA 117

I need like a lot of information, and I cannot find a wiring diagram. So if anyone can run me throu the install and the wiring. Anything really

doesnt anyone use wiring harnesses anymore?? I hate cutting into the factory wiring. a wiring harness is so easy plus you can convert it back to stock...thats if you ever plan on selling your mini

Go to crutchfield.com and put in your car's exact setup. For this, I assumed you had the base radio w/ no navigation.
