Interior/Exterior Black out
#2
I would tape it off or remove them and use PlastiDip. We taped off the hood scoop and blacked it out a week ago and it looks great. And you could probably do everything for about $6. You can find it at Home Depot. WalMart carries almost the same thing, but it is called "Liquid Tape". If you look on the back, it is made by PlastiDip. I don't know if it works the same, but it looks the same to me.

Vinyl is def. the better way to go but also the more expensive, I'm going to be doing a lot of vinyl over the winter but was unsure of the look (pure silver body and wan't sure if I would like the contrast of flat black).
3 cans of plasti-dip, $30.00 ( plasti-dip and painters tape) and a sunday and now I'm sure!
Also with vinyl don't forget that if you're not going to do it yourself you'll either have to find someone to do it while you wait or do without the car for awhile (headlight rings)

If you go with vinyl use one of the vendors on this site.
I used http://www.lylesvinylstyles.net/
Lyle is very good and delivers great service. (Although it looks like he my not be a registered vendor anymore ).
