Hey Everyone,

I want to remove my rear view mirror and install one with Bluetooth and navigation.

Is there anything I should know before doing this or should I just twist it and pull it down, as I have seen others recommending, using the Search feature here.

I just want to make sure there is no wiring going to the mirror that might be ripped off if I do this.

You'll be fine. If your mirror has wires (depending on options), there is plenty of slack in the wires to allow you to unplug them.
