I want to change my bolt pattern from 4 stud to 5x130 - any ideas what involved? I know i need lug adaptors (looks like im gonna have to get them custom machined because i cant find any anywhere!)

can i keep my current brake discs?

the offset of the wheels is 55 up front and 50 on the back, so a 20mm adapter should be golden!
