Interior/Exterior 2 Questions...

Howdy all. I have 2 Q's if anybody here can help out. First, how do I get the paint code for the Anthracite interior trim, or does someone here know what it is?
Second, what's gotta come off to remove the large black plastic panel that covers the defrost vents and has the sunlight sensor imbedded into it...?
