Has anyone replaced their halogen headlights with the OEM xenons?

If so, any estimate as to the cost?

Yes, I know you can't just swap them out, that's why I'm asking.

 

Swapping the headlight units is pretty much a case of "plug and play", but the headlight washer system is quite the opposite. I've personally never heard of anyone actually seeing this mod through without paying way more than it's worth - imo it's truly a case of "should've specced it".

 

It's more than just plug-n-play. From what I remember I think dealers have quoted people $1000+ to do the job.

 

It is definitely more than just pug and play for the lights as the connectors and wiring are different between the two types. Then there is the issue of the headlight washers wiring as well.

 

You'll need the lamp assemblies,wiring harnesses,vertical aim sensors,hose lines for the washers and coding.
