Can't figure out what's causing the gap on Aero Kit

My pals and I successfully installed the Aero Kit today. Looks fantastic and took us about 2 to 3 hours. Did my oil change as well.

What I'm trying to figure out is how I ended up having this gap between my front bumper and bonnet. The gap is about 1/3 inch wide. Everything is bolted on properly at every point. Nothing was missing and nothing was ignored. I'm wondering if it's the M7 STB doing this? I had a gap before but not this wide.

Here are some shots:

You are talking about the gap between the bumper anf the bonet at the grill right?

There is a height adjustment at each end of the bumper. It is the conection at the wheel liner. It is connected to an "accordian" style adjustment. It allows you to move the ends of the bumper up or down to match the rest of the bumper.

The bumper actually was a bit lower on my car all the way around tho....
