Where are the side airbags located?

So I went to the stealership the other day and the service rep said that in the MCS that the side airbag is located in the seatbelt?? WTF is this guy talking about. I didn't feel like getting into a pissing match with him till I had my facts straight, so is he right? The only thing I could think of is that the sensor is there. I was under the impression that the side bags were actually in the seat. Any input would be great.

Pretty sure there's one in the side of the seat back and also one above the window in the headliner.

The seat belt does have a pyrotechnic tensioner that is linked to the airbag system.

No, about $8 grand worth of damage, took 6 weeks to get it back, had to get parts from Germany,
Here is a link to the car after repairs.

That pic only shows the upper airbag from the headliner, not the side one from the seat.

Oh, well this is a 2002 Cooper and it was in 03 or 04, I know that if it did deploy (which I guess it should have, I don't remember) I don't have a picture of it, I will look at the bill tonight at home and see if there is anything about seat airbag. I will post a few more pics from the body shop.

This is the side curtain airbag, the side airbags are in the seats and the seatbelts have the pyro charge.
