Upgraded rear mud flaps

so i was bored today , and decided to upgrade the stock MINI mud flaps. I used upgrade since my 17" wheels with +40 offset and 225 width tires are bit too large for my wheel arches/wells. I flared out my rear quarter panels a bit but that made that nasty gap between the edge of the tire and the edge of the stock mini mud flap even bigger. Somehow our bumpers are kind of sucked in right at the section where mud flaps are installed and these mud flaps are so small that they dont entirely cover bigger tires. So, with rally idea in mind i decided to go ......Rally! Heres a finished product. Enjoy!

Looks good man! Reminds me of the Rally Armor flaps I had on the STi! Too bad they don't make them for the MINI, they'd look bad ***!

Turns our Rally Armor makes universal flaps for those that don't want the DIY and have $100 to spend on flaps

From the pic of the Rally Armor flaps, the top outside corner cuts back in towards the car at a 45 degree angle... I'd consider duplicating that on the DIY flaps to soften the edge a bit - not feeling the corner just sticking out where they stop at the top of the wheel well. Kudos, though, for potentially starting a new styling trend!
