what exactly is the process of painting the fender trim? sand, seal, paint?

Well I am sure others do it diffrently but I do it as follows

and i'm all for the red stripe on the wheels. i think it completes it.

No problem...I use top line PPG clear coats...been doing this for a long time so I pretty much know what works.

what would u charge for painting the plasitc molding and how much should i pay for painting the rims. sincerely ur ds stepchild.

Looks like Lamin-X tint I'm not sure which one though. I have the gun smoke which is darker than that.

Red Bull has not been on the forums in a couple of years now. He sold his JCW less than a year after buying it.
I read many of his posts while he was still active. He did indeed use Lamin-X on his light to tint them darker.
He was also in the body shop business. So he had his shop do all his mods.
