Not all dealerships in Texas do that. Neither MINI Center in San Antonio (where i ordered from) or Momentum MINI here in Houston do that. And i agree with Red, get that crap off, it dirtys the otherwise amazing look of your MINI.

Great photos
Love the reflection in the mirror.
Your IB/W MCS with white tail lights look exactly like mine did when I got it. Since then I have changed out a garage full of parts so hardly anything stock is left anymore (OK at least it seems that way).
Due to the all white tail lights-
You'll need passive dual bumper mounted red rear reflectors to meet DOT requirements-check with your state laws.

I agree. TDOT requires all motor vehicles to have at least one red reflector on each side of the rear of the vehicle. Also be sure that the bulbs do not fade out. That is another ticket if you are caught with "less than red" brake lights or "less than amber" caution/turn signals. You can probably get Moritz MINI to stick the reflectors on the bumper for no charge, they should have to begin with.

When install the JCW package, I will have them replace their nameplate with the badge that comes with the JCW package. Moritz is the dealer I ordered and picked the car up from.

BTW, I use Zaino products on the car for the wonderful liquid look! Thanks for the compliments!

I was asked about whether I wanted to have those red reflectors mounted on my bumper. Moritz told me they would have to cut out sections of the rear bumper to install the red reflectors. I said no thanks and that I would take my chances. We'll see...
