Hey Guys does anybody have a how-to or perhaps can explain to me the best way to replace the Back Black lower rear valance on my (non aero) Cooper S?

I put a custom exhaust on my MINI and the stupid Tips that came with it were the DTM (upward style) I didn't think it look too bad but after about 250 miles the heat from them melted the black plastic Luckily it did not effect the painted part.

So I got the new OEM center black piece and new (straight) tips and will be installing them this weekend.

What is the easiest way to switch that center piece out? Do you have to remove the whole bumper to get it off? and what about the sides? are they locked on too?
