I think that's a rear view of the Clubbie rickshaw that was posted on another thread. The DS color and the graphics on the doors looks the same.

Dude, rickshaw drivers make serious bank. Or it's a nice little marketing gimmick that MINI is running in Beijing while the world's media and tourists have descended to watch the Olympics.
