Anyone else besides me having trouble with the Mini pedals during heel/toe maneuvers? While I like the Mini's stylish pedals, I find the rubber slip on pad on the brake and narrow eliptical gas pedal awkward to deal with during spirited maneuvers. So I replaced the clutch/brake pad with machined aluminum pads and added a wider flat aluminum accelerator pedal. Works like a charm. Now I can attack the corners without having to worry about my feet slipping off the brake while reaching for the gas. What da ya think

Pretty darn nice, any info on how to get them? They look like a total custom job.

I did the same thing, except my gas is the same style as clutch/brake.

I got them on sale (from R Speed, I think. Were they the ones with that stupid-price sale last month?) I think it was about $25 or so for the set of three.

NOTHING slips with these pedals. The etching is very grippy

Hi, I got a set of these pedal a few months back, but I have problem installing them. The mounting hole seems to be too closely together. Do you have to make any modification to the pedel before you can mount these on? Your reply will be greatly appreciated.
