Are you looking to make one yourself? I doubt someone would put the effort & money into product development and then keep it to themself. If you're looking for what's available I know there have been several threads about diffusers.

not sure if they put it into production, but there are some other versions out there. I know Dopamine has, or had, one on his car.

Hate to say it but that is not a diffuser. It's a lower rear spoiler. They still look good even if they are marketed incorrectly.

That looks like the prototype rear lower wing on my car . We have a more " consumer friendly " aluminum version which should be released within the month. As for a true diffuser we have two sets of our R-56 version which are being fitted to track cars for further testing. Those kits will be available as soon as we get their input. The R-53 version uses the same tunnels for the most part, just the mounting fixtures will be different.

that won't be functional unless you enclose the center section under the exhaust

I really know very little about this stuff, can you explain why it won't work?

a few things...you're trying to smooth air flow at the bumper exit and you're also trying create negative pressure (downforce). The tunnels need to not be open to each other and the middle and also extend past the bumper a bit (which that pic shows it does).

The Diffusers will have a center section when finished...
All images are prototypes and should be taken as such for now...Period.

don't go getting testy about it. this isn't the first time this has been pointed out about the M7 diffuser but it's the first we've been told it's going to be enclosed (as it should be).

You guys need to remember that M7 is a well respected innovator and actually produces great products that a lot of people like. PGT is just an old naysayer in Virginia who has an old model r53 he's adulterated and is well known for trashing vendors. Just research the posts....

hint for Flaco the Great: this is the 1st Gen forum
2nd hint for Flaco: last I checked, your personal opinion on M7 is not mandated by site mgmt for all NAM'ers to share
3rd hint for Flaco: My location and my age are irrelevant. Are you implying VA is somehow less than that bastion of liberty called DC where you live?
4th hint for Flaco: My car is not adulterated...it's put together with mostly OEM parts and those that aren't OEM, are done so with a level of skill above most vendors (I know...I've paid far too many people for parts and labor only to take them off the car and DIY proper parts). It's also paid in full, as are all mods.
Last hint for flaco: quit with the personal insults. Period.

Ok, first stone tossed, got one back as deserved.

Please put down the baseball bats that are coming next...

I have a bigger bat and a mightier swing...

That goes for both of you...

And if you have to ask who....sheesh

little sensitive tonight? I don't live on the east coast but had a good stay there recently. Nothing personal. Here in Texas we just like to have a good time. you should try the new R56's PGT. they're a lot faster and you don't have to spend a lot of money on aftermarket stuff like the old cars.

Now you are just baiting.

I asked nicely for you to stop, this is going totally off topic.

Swings bat...foul tip but still put a mark on the ball

Warning for flaco: Site Guidelines Violation (non strike) - Respect for other members

Care to toss another pitch...

Peter, You may not have intended it to be that way ...but that's the take I got reading it as well. Sometimes online things don't come across as we meant them to ...so relax, no big deal.
