Interior/Exterior Interior Surface change: Any one DIY?

Interior Surface change: Any one DIY?

Well my Mini comes in this weekend! But I was reviewing my pdf files, the second one is the updated one but I had not realized I selected the wrong interior surface! Instead of brushed alloy I selected fluid silver. Now has any one performed this sort of DIY to their interior? I guess I can live with fluid silver but it's not what I intended to order. So I would like to see what exactly my options are. I'm also concerned about the costs. My MA is currently looking into the prices for the parts department. I don't think it'll be very cheap..

You can get the part numbers for dash pieces here:

Door trim is here:

However, pieces 7 & 8 are fastened into the door panel 3 by melting plastic tabs. So, not that easy to do.
